Donations
All donations made to Yayasan Pendidikan Insani are considered final and non-refundable. As a non-profit organisation, we rely on contributions to fund essential services such as early intervention programs and family support initiatives.
However, if you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transactions or incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days of the donation. We will review your case and process a refund if appropriate.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction (e.g., credit card or bank transfer).
- Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
